Tony Larson's 1977 FXE
"BUNNY KILLER"
Tony Larson's 1977 ®Harley Davidson FXE has been dubbed Bunny Killer by
friends and show goers due to the wild paint that looks like the bike ran over the Easter
Bunny.
Tonys bike was completely built by Tony himself and yours truely Hollywood Gun of Intense Concepts. I will take you through some of the pictures I have of the build up.
Sorry in advanced at the crudeness of these pictures they were taken in the dark and were underdeveloped.
The stock ®Harley
Davidson frame was sand blasted and all the visable welds were molded. I then preped the
frame for paint. There are 5 colors on the frame alone. First I applied a gray base coat.
After the base coat had time to dry I pulled out the trusty touch-up gun and loaded it with
black. Turning the air pressure way down and tapping on the trigger I allowed it to spit
black spots on the frame. After I allowed that to dry I did the same steps with
white and then black again to produce a stone look. Then I laid out the red graphics on
the neck, down tubes and back bone. on the rear of the frame I used candy magenta allowing
it to fade towards the center of the frame. The candy magenta is very see through so you
can see the stone effect through it.

Tonys Hi-Performance motor has been completely polished with the exception of the cyclinders which he chose to have powdercoated black. The 4 speed tranny was also highly polished as well as many one off billet parts that Tony Had custom made just for this bike. A close look shows the trick split rocker boxes which is just one of the cool trick features of Tonys scooter.

Here is a closer look at the trick split rocker boxes. You also get a closer look at the hardly seen graphics on the back bone. I am very picky when it comes to my paint work even if it will never be seen. The funky eyeball cover on the Hyper Charger was changed to a chrome ball milled cover at a later date this cover was just used to keep the dust out of the carb.
